365 Cards Day 331

I blame myself for this! Last week I made a princess card for my Musical Monday challenge. So, that gave Pam this idea...let's give Gloria more princess challenges! The woman is so devious! So today the challenge is 3 P's...pink, paisley, princess. I am sure I wept, just a little.

Well, here is my card. It's mostly pink, has paisley paper and paisley embossing, and has not only princess "stuff" on it, but the word "princess"! So there, Pam, you zealot!

The printed paper is some Close to My Heart that I've been hoarding. I love this brown and pink set, and don't think you can get it any longer, so I am hoarding it! I embossed the pink cardstock with the Cuttlebug paisley folder and sanded it. Those fun stickers are Recollections. I purchased 6 sets of these to give to my IRL girlfriends at our New York retreat over the summer, and kept one set for myself. I dig that frog prince.

I cut the scallop paper with the Cricut Expression, using the Storybook cartridge. Man, that thing had an inch of dust on it! I really do need to use it more often.

I printed the sentiment onto pale pink paper with brown ink. Gotta love my color printer! I also used the Practical Scrappers sketch shown below as my inspiration. They also had an embossing challenge this past week, but think I am too late for that.

I hope you play along this week at 365 Cards...it really is a FUN week! Pam is very creative...all kidding aside!
