Graphic45 Renaissance Faire

The Graphic45 DT had a special assignment this month...to use the Renaissance Faire line to make some projects. I did not have any papers from this line, but lucky for me G45 is a FABBIE company to DT for and they sent me some! I made this altered tin and matching card with some of it.

The tin is an old Maya Road tin that had chipboard or something in it, and I saved it for some reason. Now, it's a fabbie gift tin. That big ole flower is a Prima that I sprayed with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist and then added some Ranger Stickles. (Tattered Angles is one of our G45 sponsors this month.) The sheer ribbon is recycled from a gift basket. Talk about trash to treasure!

The bling is Zva crystals, and the stones are the new Queen & Company Rox.

I used some of the Renaissance Faire tags to decorate the tin, plus some other items out of my stash...an old coin, that medallion is an old K&Company item, the key is a Tattered Angels trinket. Very cool. I used some of the Tombow metal glue to hold all this stuff onto the tin. I normally use glue dots, but wanted to give the glue a try since Tombow is another one of our sponsors at G45. It worked great on the flower too!

The band I made, slips right off the tin so you can remove the lid and put goodies inside the tin. Things like gift cards for Starbucks or the LSS or Barnes & Nobel. You know, stuff I love... {grin}

Here is a view of the card. Very simple, I used one of the tags and some ribbon out of my stash.

Hope you enjoyed this Graphic45 day of goodness!
