CropStop Embossing Friday - Tim Holtz Fades!

You knew I would get my hands on the new Tim Holtz Fades from Sizzix! I have been waiting (NOT patiently!) for these to arrive in my mailbox. They came on Monday and I did not have time to play with them until the Wednesday night! Oh, my! They are well worth the wait! These embossers give you a very deep, crisp impression, they are also slightly bigger than regular A2 folders so you can emboss right to the edge of an A2 card!

I embossed kraft cardstock, then rubbed the raised image with Tim Holtz distress ink (frayed burlap).

The paper is Graphic45 (A Proper Gentleman). I love this paper line. It's probably my 2nd or 3rd favorite of the G45 papers.

That fabbie charm is 7Gypsies. Normally I don't buy this sort of thing because they are so expensive. I can find things cheaper in the jewelry department of the crafts store. But these were not that bad in price, so I snagged a pack! Ok, I got two packs - the luggage one and the Paris one.

Here is the inside of the card. I used the SU border punch and a Hero Arts stamp. Make sure you get your coupon code and stop by CropStop and get 20% off your order this weekend!

I am teaching on Saturday...the Hello, Gentleman mini album! I think the class is almost full! I am getting the kits finished and ready to go! If you missed the class this time around, I may be teaching it again in July at a different store, so stay tuned!
