CropStop Color with Copics 11/15

Today is my day to host the Color with Copics project at CropStop. The 1st and 15th of each month are "Copic days."

Do you like to color? I do. I've never had any artistic talent...except for coloring. Then I found stamping and scrapbooking. Now it's perfectly fine for a grown woman to color and buy bundles of markers! I have all the Stampin' Up markers, all the Zig writers, a set of Tombow markers, a large bin of colored pencils and blenders, and several sets of watercolor pencils. Let's not forget all the different paints I have! So, yes, it is safe to say, I love to color!

I promised myself I would NOT get interested in Copics. But, last winter at a retreat, a friend let me play with her Copics. I've been working with Copics ever since, about 8-9 months now! I took a comprehensive class - but have decided to not get certified at this time - and have learned a lot by watching videos online. I hope to some day get to be an Copic expert. For now, I play around and make a lot of mistakes!

Here is my project for today.

I recently purchased all of the Papertrey Ink jar stamps. I found out that coloring the marbles made me, well, lose my marbles! I got quite a lot of bleeding. I am very happy that I have the colorless blender! It helps to push the color back where it belongs!

I used Bo Bunny and Basic grey papers. The fabbie ribbon is from May Arts. I think the button is from Papertrey Ink.

All the stamps are Papertrey Ink, except the Feel Better Soon. That one is Hero Arts. I think this card will be fun to give someone who is just having a bad day and needs a laugh!

I am entering my card into these challenges:

Dutch Dare - #90, Clean and Simple (who knew I'd enter a challenge with that title?!)
Stampavie - #116, Use a tag
Cute Card Thursday - #138, Anything Goes
