Graphic45 and Core'dinations Layout

I have to ask you not to faint...I've done another layout! I forgot to post it yesterday when I posted my other Graphic45 and Core'dinations items. I hope you check out all the work my Graphic45 Teamies are doing this week for the blog swap. They are all AMAZING designers. Their work is jaw-dropping!

Here is my layout. These photos are from 2006. I'm so far behind in my scrapbooking, especially my Christmas photos! I think I have 2005-2009 in my stash! I thought these photos from 2006 went very well with the Graphic45 Christmas papers.

I love the Core'dinations cardstock. You just sand it and the pattern pops right off the page!

The large ornament is a Cosmo Cricket chipboard. I've had two sets of these naked chipboard sets in my stash for ages! I covered the ornament with G45 paper and sanded and inked the edges. Then I added some Tim Holtz tickets, stamped with his stamps, and some metal. The yummo flowers are Wild Orchid Crafts. I used one of Tim's pins to hang the ornament from the lace.

Another idea to note...I wanted the photos to have some dimension, so I mounted them onto thick chipboard. Do not ask me if that's photo-safe! The chipboard is the good stuff from Graphix, but I am not sure if it will stand the test of time. And I don't really care. I don't scrapbook for photo preservation reasons...but rather for the fun of it. {grin}
