Graphic45 Christmas

Here are the last two projects I made for my November Graphic45 DT spot. I have so many things to show you every week that it takes a while to get all my new stuff posted.

This first project is an 8" x 2 1/2" notepad. Papertrey Ink started this craze last year, and I just love them. For my LSS club swap last Christmas I made each girl one of these. I'm out of them, so need to start making more as they make great gifts. I made this one with Graphic45 papers.I used Fashionista and Christmas Past. See how the paper lines work together?!

The stamps are Papertrey Ink (the date stamp is Making Memories). I stamped the circle image in dark blue then added the words in black. It's so easy to line things up when you use clear stamps!

I added a bit of ribbon and some pins to finish it off. Very easy gift to make! For the notepads, I just have the folks at Staples cut 5" x 8" pads in half. I think they charged me a few dollars to cut about 10 of them.

This next project is a Christmas card. I used my favorite snowman stamp. He's part of an old Stampin' Up set. I just love him. I colored him with Copics then stamped some snowflakes around him.

The "doily" is a Spellbinders pendant die. I talked myself out of buying the new MFT doily die, and frankly, I need to talk myself out of MORE stuff. I have way too much...it's really time to use it and stop hoarding. (yadda yadda yadda)

All the papers are Graphic45 Christmas Past. The yummy lace is from a local store. The snowflakes I've been using are from Michael's. I found them way in the back next to all the naked wood items. I think they are supposed to be ornaments for table-top trees or something. Not sure. But...they make great embellishments. I added a pearl to this one.

Have a great weekend. I'll be back tomorrow with my Paper Sundaes card.

  1. oh Gloria I love both of your projects especially the snowman card with that Doily and the lace. I wish my locals carried that beautiful lace. Do you know who makes it?
