CropStop Challenge #9 - Sketch

It's time for a CropStop Sketch Challenge! Plus, CropStop is helping me celebrate my spot on the 2011-2012 Spellbinders Design Team! So, this week if you follow the sketch AND use a Spellbinders product, you will be entered for a chance to win a Spellbinders gift just from CropStop! How cool is that! Who doesn't like to celebrate AND win some stuff?!! If you want to see how I used Spellbinders dies in my DT projects, click HERE.

Okey dokey. Here is the sketch for this week.

I did not use any dies on my project. I know. I never follow the rules! But I did use a fabbie Tim Holtz texture fade. This one is the Collage fade.

I used Basic Grey Wander paper. The green is from that paper pad. When I embossed, the impression is so deep that it made the white core of the paper show. I did not have to sand this at all to grunge it up! The image is from Stampin' Up, but the sentiment is a Tim Holtz stamp from the Going Somewhere set.

The gears are from Oriental Trading Company, if you can believe it! I found them when I was teaching a class and needed to buy gears cheaply! I am not sure who makes them, but OTC sells them. They are different than either the Tim Holtz Idea-ology ones or the 7Gypsies ones. Never hurts to have too many gears!

CropStop Shopping List:

Basic Grey Wander 6x6 Pad
Tim Holtz Collage Texture Fade
Tim Holtz stamps
Memento Tuxedo Black ink
Ranger Distress Shabby Shutters ink
