Another Altered Tray!

I want to share another altered tray with you. This tray has story...so grab a coffee and sit back!

I went to CKU San Diego in October. One of the projects was an altered printers tray. The class went something like this: each teacher came in and gave instructions to a few "holes" of the tray. It was a bit disorganized and some teachers had no time to go over their part of the project. Also, some of the holes did not seem to "go" with other ones. And you know me...I pretty much gave up and decided to do my own thing later.

Well, at every open crop time I worked on my tray. I used only what product I had in my bag. That means things I collected during the events, things I purchased just prior to arriving at CKU, and things I purchased at the CKU store. Limited items! I did not have access to "Gloria's Craft Emporium."

Fast forward to my November crop night...I was putting the finishing touches on the tray, and fussing over it and saying why was I making another tray? Why did I need another tray? My friend Tanya piped up and said, "Give it to me!" Today is Tanya's birthday, and I am giving her this tray! I customized it a bit for her - she's a bit of a math geek so you may be able to spot the math love. Plus, she gets my humor, and I loaded the tray with that as well.

Enjoy looking! And Tanya, girlie, Happy Birthday! See you soon and the tray will be yours!

Here are some close-ups.
