Really Reasonable Ribbon and CardMaker Blog Hop

Really Reasonable Ribbon is having a blog hop with the CardMaker team! Plus, we are featuring the amazing products from Scor-Pal! Get ready for some fun!

The July Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog Hop starts at the CardMaker Blog! If you missed any of the stops, check the link list at the end of this post.

You should be coming to my blog from Dawn's Blog.

Check out the RRR July Ribbon Club! Hot yellows and greens! Perfect for summer projects!

Bonnie also carries a nice supply of Scor-Pal products. Check them out HERE!

I love Scor-tape and have it in several sizes! I use my Scor-Pal tool EVERY DAY! It sits next to my paper trimmer and sees a lot of use.

I created a notepad holder for you today. These are fun to make, and super easy. They make good gifts, plus it's a way to use up your scraps!

I used some bits of Graphic 45 Tropical Travelogue paper and the HOT ribbons from the July Ribbon Club.

To create the notepad holder, trim black cardstock to 5 1/4 x 8 inches. Score at 2 1/2" and 2 3/4" to create a holder for a 2 1/2 x 8 inch notepad. (Note: if you cannot find 2 1/2 x 8" notepads, your local office supply store will trim 5 x 8" notepads in half, for a small fee.)

Use Scor-tape to attach a length of ribbon to the cardstock before covering the notepad holder with paper. Decorate as desired. I used Scor-tape to attach the ribbon trim to the front of the notepad cover.

Cover the top of the notepad with paper. (This is to hide the "ugly" notepad binding.) Use Scor-tape to attach the notepad into the holder.

I hope you enjoy the hop! Make sure to leave a comment to be entered for the prize drawing!

Hop over to Cherry's Blog next!

** The Blog Hop will be open from 7/13 to 7/20 and there will be a prize offered on the RRR Blog for a randomly selected comment. RRR will also be giving away two additional July Ribbon Club Assortments, one from comments on a random RRR designer's blog and one from comments on a random CardMaker designer's blog.
