Happy Birthday Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps!

I am up on the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Blog today! We are celebrating the 7th year birthday of  Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps, so make sure to take advantage of our our Sweet Perks Club bundles this month! Also, club members may take advantage of our Birthday Bundle Blitz through Sunday, November 9th!

I have created a masculine birthday card to share today. I think that most card makers struggle with this type of birthday card, so I like to share one now and again!

I used the Timeless Classic stamp set to stamp the truck. I have told you before that I love a vintage truck, especially a red one! That fantastic paper is Graphic 45 Raining Cats and Dogs! The non-pet prints in this collection are AMAZING! A "special friend" sent me a pad of this paper and I am in love with the plaids, checks, and dots!

I colored the image with Copic markers. I tried to make the truck look a bit faded and rusty, but I am not sure I achieved that 100%. In my defense I was coloring this at night in a very hot room. I may have fainted...

The sentiments are from a set I designed, called Birthday Word Art. I love this set, if I do say so myself. I hope that you get to see more sets in 2015! If you missed my So Grateful set, please see that HERE

This is a very flat card, which is something you don't see very often from me!

I want to wish Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Thanks for looking!

  1. Gloria this is fab! Masculine cards are the hardest things to make... No I take that back ... One-layer cards are harder. ;)
