Graphic 45 Time To Flourish - January

Many of you are probably still in Old Man Winter's grip, so I wanted to share with you what I have been up to for Graphic 45 while it is still winter-y! {Is now a bad time to say it is 80 degrees here in southern California as I type this?!}

Each month, since November, I have been creating a class project sheet using the Graphic 45 Time to Flourish Collection. On the second Thursday of each month, Graphic 45 sends the project sheets to their retail customers. (So, today, the retailers are getting their hands on the March class!) The retailers can then teach classes at their stores using these sheets. What is fun for my readers is, once the stores have had the class for two months, I am able to share the class sheets with you!

That means, today you get to see the January Class. (I actually had this to share last week, but I got so busy, I forgot!) Graphic 45 shared on their Blog HERE. To print your own, full color, step-by-step project sheet for the January class, click HERE.

Each class in this series contains two cards and two tags using the matching monthly papers form Time to Flourish!

I focused on layering and fussing cutting for this card. The special "extra" this month is the Banners from the collection.

Each project in the set also uses a Shabby Chic Ornate Metal Key. The keys come 8 to a pack, so you could split a pack with a friend and both of you can make the projects!

The tags for this set are the Regular Ivory tags. These come 6 in a pack.

I also used the Decorative Stickers. Since we only use a few, you can be sure that the stickers will pop up in future months!

I would love your feedback if you have attended one of the classes. I had a chance to meet the instructor at one of my local stores (The Making Place in Escondido, CA). She was really enjoying teaching the projects. I hope that all of you have a chance to create some cards and tag!

Thanks for stopping by!

  3. This is gorgeous, Gloria. I need to push myself out of the little box in which I create. Seeing different things inspires me, and I thank you for that. By the way, I think our lives are quite similar at this time. Our youngest is 15, and my last to homeschool. Yes, it is such a blessing to have craft time. However, I'd give anything for those crazy days when they were all little. Time passes by much too quickly, as we quickly learn as they become adults. Precious memories. Thanks again for stopping by. I'd love to have you share your projects with us sometime at Word Art Wednesday (my challenge blog). Always Anything Goes Family Friendly, and always great prizes to win. Plus, it gives extra exposure to whatever DT you are featuring (Pin It, etc.) www.wordartwednesday.blogspot.com
