Heartfelt Creations Wednesday - October Release Italiana Riviera

If  you are looking for the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog Hop, please click HERE.

Welcome to another Heartfelt Creations Wednesday! Today, we are introducing the October Collection, Italiana Riviera. This collection comes with a paper pad, five stamp sets, and two die sets. The papers contain beautiful shades of purple and green, with lovely roses, grapes, and wine images.

One of my favorite color combinations is purple and green, which means I love the color palette in this collection. I created a 5" x 7" card, utilizing one of the pre- printed images from the paper collection.

Create a 5" x 7" top-fold card by trimming black cardstock to 10" x 7" and scoring at 5" on the long side. Trim striped paper from the Italiana Riviera Paper Collection to 4 7/8" x 6 7/8" and sponge edges with violet pigment ink. Attach panel to the card front.

Trim wine image from the Italiana Riviera Paper Collection to 4 3/8" x 6 3/8" and sponge edges with violet pigment ink. Mat image with black cardstock cut to 4 1/2" x 6 1/2" and attach image to the card front with foam adhesive.

Stamp the grape cluster, leaves and foliage from the Italiana Grapevines Cling Stamp Set onto ivory cardstock with black ink. Color the images with distress and pigment inks and cut them out with the Italiana Grapevines Die

Stamp the flowers from the Botanical Rose Cling Stamp Set twice onto ivory cardstock with black ink. Color the flowers and leaves with distress and pigment inks. Use the Botanical Wings Die to cut out the flowers and shape them into roses as shown. (Use THIS video to learn to shape the flowers.)

Glue two flowers, the grapes, the leaves, and some of the vines to the top left corner of the pre-printed image.

Glue a small rose and the small vines to the lower right corner of the image.

Trim the sentiment from the Italiana Riviera Paper Collection and sponge edges with violet pigment ink. Use foam adhesive to attach the sentiment to the lower left corner of the card.

Use glitter pens to add glitter to the flowers, leaves, sentiment, and the printed image.

Trim decorative panels from the Italiana Riviera Paper Collection to decorate the inside of the card.
