365 Cards - Day 289

The 365 Cards challenge for today is - Musical Monday. Pam has given me these music challenges before, so either she likes what I do with them or she thinks I need more practice! Not sure which... Today you are supposed to take inspiration from a song. That is a pretty loose set of directions, right? So should be easy!

I decided that my inspiration song would be "The 12 Days of Christmas." And the reason for that was I just purchased some Autumn Leaves 3-D sparkly stickers that are perfect for that song! I also wanted to enter this card at the OCC challenge blog (last week was 12 Days of Christmas and this week is Holiday) and also in PIO's challenge last week, which was to use glitter. I missed the challenges for last week, but I cannot stay on top of things EVERY minute! This also matches the Practical Scrappers holiday theme challenge for this week.

At any rate, I used this yummy My Mind's Eye paper and some chocolate brown Bazzill. The ribbon is a piece of fabric I found in my stash.

The greeting is Stampin' Up. I traced the edges and the "B" with a glitter pen, but in the photo it does not show up very well. The partridge and the pear are glittery too, but it's hard to see. It's there, trust me.

ETA: A little "bridie" told me that this card also matches a challenge on Moxie Fab World - All Creatures Great and Small.
