365 Cards Celebration Week!

If you've tuned in to see my 365 Cards challenge for will not be seeing anything from me today! 365 Cards is having a Celebration this week to mark 1000 Followers! Here is what Pam had to say:

Recently, the Design Team put our heads together to come up with a way to properly celebrate having reached (and surpassed) 1000 followers. We also wanted to show our appreciation for all of you who contribute to 365 Cards, whether regularly or occasionally, so we asked eleven lovely ladies to be our Guest Design Team this week. That means our regular DT gets a week off as the Guest DT takes over! Every now and then it hits me how many people have found us here at 365 Cards and joined in. It has always been fun, but is truly made better by everyone who joins in with your positive comments and beautiful cards (and sometimes other crafty creations!). This week we have a terrific sponsor, Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps, offering a $20 GC to one very lucky winner. And all you have to do to earn a chance (or seven) at winning that prize is participate in any or all of our challenges this week. So stick around and join in the fun, because there's a lot more to come...

Now, is that cool or what?! All of us on the design team picked someone to take our place for the week. Now, I guess you want to know who (or is that whom?) I picked...

Jan Del Bone - otherwise known as Lumberjack Jan of Chai Tea 'n Me.

I picked Jan for a number of reasons.

1. She plays along at 365 Cards FAITHFULLY! And always has a good word for the challenges...even the really "out there" ones!
2. She has a great sense of humor...just like me. {giggle snort}
3. She can do some vintage, yes she
THIS card.
4. She has a creative mind that I she shows

I decided to forgive her for being born in Canada...{just a joke at the expense of my very very very good Canadian pal, Jacquie!}

Hop on over and check out Jan's work, and make sure to visit 365 Cards this week to see who the rest of the DT picked to replace them! Once I see the challenge for today I may (or not) play along on my day off....depends on what Pam cooked up. She would NOT tell the DT the challenges in advance. Humph!
