Well, I have made 4 out of 5 cards so far for the 365 Cards Vintage Week! I still have to do yesterday's, which was Vintage Plus Blue. As soon as Pam told me about the challenges, I knew what to make for today's challenge! I am in love with this pink and gray paper from Authentique called Uncommon. I snagged a 6x6 pad at my LSS when it first came in. (I know, it's not Graphic45, but it's pretty anyway!)
I used black cardstock to make all the paper pop. The border is from Spellbinders (LF-002 Creative Book Pages Two) and all the chipboard items are from Maya Road. I inked all the chippies with black Clearsnap ink, except for the needle which I inked with Clearsnap silver pigment ink.
I covered the dress form with paper and trim. I used some twine for the ribbon spool and needle. I think I got that from Really Reasonable Ribbon. They have a nice assortment pack. To create the "fabric swatches" I cut the paper with Spellbinders Postage Stamps die templates. The other fun thing I did was to hang the sentiment off the little chipboard hanger!
Well, there you have it - Vintage Plus Pink!
