Inspired by Stamping May Release - Day 1

It is time for the Inspired by Stamping May Release! Every 1st-5th of the month IBS shares "teasers" of the new release. Then, the 6th-9th of each month the design team will share project "peeks" of the release. The FULL release is shared on the 10th!

I get to share my project using Mason Jar Summer Add On, set of 18 stamps. 

I sure love me a jar, plus this one also looks like a vase...double the fun!

I stamped the jar onto white cardstock and colored it with Copics, then trimmed it out and tied some twine to the top. I stamped the pears onto white paper with green ink, then colored them with Copics. I stamped the stems with brown ink. To create the leaves, I tapped the leaf stamp onto the green ink pad, then lightly taped part of the leaf onto the brown ink pad. 

The sentiment is from the Mason Jar Add On III set, which came out in April. I liked the play on words: "together" and "pear/pair." 

This will make a great anniversary card.
