The winner should contact HC at info@heartfeltcreations.us with "Winner of the March Alumni Hop" in the subject line.
I love to create sticky note holders, however, I normally only have those icky yellow ones on hand. Well, I found a bunch of sticky notes in pretty colors! So...I had to make a note pad holder to try them out!
I decided to go with a springtime theme, all soft, and pink, and green! I love this type of project, because it is easy to make, but looks fantastic with any style or type of paper! (If you wish to print a tutorial for making a sticky note holder, click HERE.)
I colored the Botanical Rose Bouquet image with Copic Markers and then used a circle die template to cut out the image. Since this was to be a "quick and easy" project, I did not obsess over the coloring like I usually do!
I added a few enamel dots (my new GO-TO embellishment) to the image. The pretty Flowering Dogwood Paper Collection is perfect for this pink, green, and pale blue creation!
I chose a sticky notepad that is the same color pink as the deeper colors in the paper, which I also tried to match in the flower that I colored.
Thanks for hopping by! Hop on over to Kathy Clement's Blog next. DON'T FORGET...POST A COMMENT FOR YOUR CHANCE TO WIN A $25 GIFT CARD TO HEARTFELT CREATIONS!
