Really Reasonable Ribbon Challenge #66

It is time again for a Really Reasonable Ribbon Challenge

This week you are to make a project with a spring color scheme, plus ribbon.

I started out with the green ribbon, and things went on from there! I love the NEW Graphic 45 Secret Garden paper collection! I used some of my scraps to create this card. I am eagerly awaiting my design team box and MORE of this pretty paper!

I want all of my friends and long-term fans to sit down for a minute...because...I SEWED on another project! {GASP!} I used a running stitch to create a gathered ribbon flower with the Bud Green double-faced satin ribbon from the February Ribbon Club! I know! Right?!

I wrapped the champagne and turftan brown satin ribbon around the card, then glued the green "flower" to the top. The ribbon makes the perfect setting for the paper flowers!

This card is for my sister-in-law, who is still in the hospital after a car accident in early January. I made some layers, but it's not too lumpy for mailing purposes!

Here is the inside. I have lots of faith-based stamps that need a work-out!

I had some help with my photo shoot again...

This is Milo. He's 5 months old (will be 6 months on February 22nd). He's so cute, but he is a big pest! He gets into everything and bothers me all the time. He LOVES to play! His personality is very different from our other cat's. But then again, Simon was 14 when he passed away. A kitten is a different kettle of fish! So to speak. {grin}
