Really Reasonable Ribbon April Blog Hop

Welcome to the Really Reasonable Ribbon April Blog HopYou should be coming to my blog from the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog. (For the complete blog list, scroll to the bottom of the post.) After visiting me, hop over to the spectacular Ginny's Blog next!

At the end of the hop, comment on the RRR Blog post, answering the question listed, for a chance to win the April Ribbon Club Assortment shown below. (The Design Team appreciates your comments, too!)

The April Ribbon Club Assortment is a gray and yellow mix! Now, I am the first to admit that I am not a huge fan of yellow, but I do love yellow and gray together! I pulled out several paper collections and had a few ideas before I settled on what to make this month.
I finally decided to make a large tag instead of a card or mini album. I went to a craft event last month and at the "garage sale" I found one of the LARGE tag dies on sale for $1! How can you pass up a $30 die when it is on sale for $1?! And thankfully, the die worked perfectly! Win-win!
This tag is 8" tall and 4" wide! It would be easy to turn this large tag into a door hanger or a card. You can attach a gift card to the back of the tag, or attach the tag to a package or gift bag! That is why I love tags! So versatile!

I dug into my Authentique stash and used some of the Swaddle Boy and Beginnings papers, die cuts, and stickers.
I tied my bows with the Daffodil Checkerboard Satin and the Metal Gray Plaid. I also made a loopy bow with Lemonwood Baker's Twine

I found the sweetest, pale yellow button in my stash to add to the top of the bows! Perfect!
I added some cheese cloth behind my layers. I always think that the cheese cloth gives projects that extra vintage special-ness. {smile}
Thanks for joining me today! Now, hop over to Ginny's Blog to see what she has for you!

Here is the RRR Blog Hop Order in case you get lost!
