Heartfelt Creations June 2019 Alumni Blog Hop

I am so excited to share this project. I recently purchased some items from the NEW Happy Camper Collection! It is super cute, and...it goes perfectly with the Young at Heart Collection! How darling is that camper?!

I created an 8" x 8" card, which may seem like a huge card! And, frankly it is, but my husband needed a large card the other day because a whole group needed to sign it. Occasionally, there is a need for some larger-sized cards in various themes! This one would be great for a retirement celebration! The inside is blank, perfect for adding a scripture stamp, a message, and lots of signed greetings!

I die cut the camper from the paper and used foam tape to pop it up on the card front. (I did NOT color this one, guys! It is cut from the pre-printed paper! I don't have the matching stamps yet.)

The flowers are a mix of Flowering Dogwood and Cherry Blossom Retreat (Tweet Cherry Blossoms stamps and dies). I stamped the flowers onto various scraps of the paper, and then cut them out with the matching dies. I used Ranger Distress Candied Apple ink to stamp everything. 

The leaves are from the Young at Heart Collection, the Simply Classic stamps and dies.

I added some Flower Stamens to the center of the larger flowers. I added tiny, flat-backed pearls to the smaller flowers (similar to the Prills found here).
