CropStop Friday Embossing - June 4th

Every month, we get two new sketches at CropStop, a card sketch and a layout sketch. I loved the card sketch for June, so used it for my card today! (The sketches are by PageMaps.)

The dotted pattern on the sketch made me think of the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder so I decided to try a white space card and emboss my background with the dots. We all know "white space" is not my "thing" but this is what I ended up with. I got this Scenic Route paper in my LSS kit last month, so decided to keep going with the dot theme!

I stamped the My Favorite Things image onto white cardstock and colored it with Copics. Then I paper pieced the chair and ottoman, plus I colored the flowers on the chair with Copics.

The greetings are also from MFT. Here is the inside.

I am starting to run out of embossing ideas...so I need to do some research on new things to show you! I did get some new folders the other day, so next week I'll showcase one of those!
