The "boo" is made from Maya Road chipboard letters covered with pages from an old book. Then I inked everything up so that it was nice and grungy!
I matched one of the playing card images from the Wonderland Jabberwocky paper with a stamped playing card. I stamped an image with a Tim Holtz stamp, then inked it up. I love the "red 13" card image next to the Red Queen image! Fantastic!
I added a Tim Holtz Halloween ticket stamp, some ribbon, and pins. I colored the ribbon with ink, and the pin heads with Copic markers. I love altering my embellishments with ink!
For the inside of the card, I stamped the Queen of Hearts image from the Clear Art Stamps "Greetings from Wonderland" set. This set is very cool. The images, while not altered for Halloween, still go well with the G45 papers. The sentiment is from Hero Arts.
I am entering this challenge at Really Reasonable Ribbon, as they asked for Halloween for challenge #10. And for Simon Says Stamp and Show, who asked for Something Spooky.
I have a few more Halloween projects to show you before the month is over. I don't normally send out Halloween cards, but the color combinations are hard for me to resist. I usually stick to making mini albums of my kids' costumes, but since I only have one at the costume age any more, I've branched out into some cards. {grin}
PS - Make sure you check out the Graphic45 Blog today for two amazing announcements! New partners AND a bunch of FABBIE new products are coming your way!
