Pam lets us pick our own ads, and I picked this one from Pottery Barn. I loved the music note candles and the warm glow of this photo. Use this ad to inspire your card.
I was inspired by the music, so used a music background stamp to create my own background paper. I colored my fun Some Odd Girl image with Copics, then paper pieced her hat and scarf. The paper is Basic Grey Jovial.Little Snowy Mae is holding a present in her hand, which is a very old Jolee's sticker I found in my stash! I loved the shiny gold look, and it matched the ad for today.
I'm entering this card the challenge at the Some Odd Girl blog. They asked for bling two ways. Well, the gift bag is sparkly, as is the tissue paper, and there are gems used as berries on the greeting. So I guess that's enough bling!
Fabbie card, Gloria!!!! LOVE the papers used and the present is simply perfect!!!
