I made a springtime card to share today, using some of the pretty ribbon from RRR along with digital papers and images from Crafty Secrets!
It is no secret that I love RRR and adore Miss Bonnie, the owner. I spent time on the RRR DT in years past, and I am still a frequent Blog Hop Guest! Bonnie simply cannot get rid of me! {grin} I had a blast pairing the lovely ribbons from the April Club with the beautiful Crafty Secrets papers!
Really Reasonable Ribbon sponsored the Design team this month, giving us the beautiful April Ribbon Club collection of ribbons to add to our projects. Here’s some info about our sponsor.

To create my card, first trim a piece of ivory cardstock to 12" x 5" and score at 6" on the long side to make a 6" x 5" top-fold card. Trim tan music note Birds and Blooms Digital Paper to 5 7/8" x 4 7/8" and sponge the edges with walnut stain ink. Attach the paper to the card front.
Trim blue and pink script Birds and Blooms Digital Paper to 5" x 3 1/2" and sponge edges with walnut stain ink. Mat blue paper with ivory cardstock cut to 5 1/8" x 3 5/8". Stamp sentiment in the upper left corner of the blue paper with black ink, and attach the blue panel to the lower right corner of the card with foam tape.
Print the Birds and Blossoms Digital Download twice onto ivory paper at 8 1/2" x 11". Trim one robin image and sponge the edges with walnut stain ink Attach the image to the card front with foam tape.
Use Deco Art American Decor Chalky Finish (Heirloom) paint to paint a white, resin heart frame (Prima). Allow the paint to dry completely.
Once the paint is dry, gently sponge the raised surfaces with Walnut Stain ink. Allow the ink to dry. Then, sponge a bit of white pigment into to a few raised areas of the frame. Allow all ink to dry completely.
Glue the resin frame to the top of the bird image. Create a triple bow from Delicate Stitched Satin Aqua ribbon and glue to the left edge of the frame. Create a triple bow from the Roses with Scalloped Edge Grosgrain Aqua ribbon and blue on top of the satin bow. Glue various flowers and leaves to the left edge of the card. Glue several flowers to the ribbon bows.
Hop (no pun intended) around and see what the rest of the team has made! I am sure they will knock your socks off!
