365 Cards and CropStop!

What a great team! CropStop is the sponsor this week at 365 Cards. The challenge is to use texture on your cards. Well, I am all about that. As part of the CropStop Creative Team I post a Cuttlebug project every week - so lots of texture to see! Check out my tutorials and challenges here. If you want to learn a bit more about Liquid Pearls, check out my review and sample project here. If you want to learn more about distress inks, see the tutorial here, plus look through my blog for other samples. Feel free to poke around on the CropStop Message Board for LOTS of great challenges and ideas using TEXTURE.

Here are some of my "texture" cards.

This card uses two Cuttlebug embossing folders, diecuts, and lots of layers.

Check the white brad on this card and you can see that I "blinged" it up with some Stickles Glitter Glue! And I also used an embossing folder and some very fancy ribbon.

This card was my CropStop Challenge a few weeks ago. Loads of texture here! Including a real sea shell. Found items make wonderful additions to cards. (They are well worth the extra postage!)

This card is an example of using thin metal sheets on your cards. What a great way to make a manly card. This also was a past CropStop Challenge.

Have fun creating! Oh, and if you feel the urge to shop...CropStop has great products and FAST shipping! Plus, use this code at checkout to get 10% off your order MAR-F (expires 4/10/09).
