Cards and More Cards

I told you yesterday that there will be a TON of cards posted here! I was not kidding. LOL This first card is for a challenge on Card Patterns. They post a sketch each week. The sketches are very fun! I used My Mind's Eye paper, a bit of CTMH cardstock, a journaling spot I got from Pam at 365 Cards, plus some Thickers that Hailey Jo from Crop Stop sent me. This is a pretty simple cad, but turned out so cute. Don't you love that little porcupine on the journaling spot?!

The card below is my Monday card idea for 365 Cards. I was supposed to use NO MORE than two embellishments. So I used a flower and a button (with some floss). The card is made from some Kraft paper I found in my stash. I also used some scraps of Bazzill (dk brown) and CTMH (pink) cardstock. And a bit of Basic Grey Bittersweet paper. I also punched the pink cardstock with my Fiskars border punch. The stamp is an Inkadinkado, stamped with SU white craft ink. It is amazing what you can do with paper, when you are not allowed to load up on embellies!

Hope you have a happy, crafty day. It's another amazing So. Cal. day here...so not sure how much I'll get done today!
