Here is what I made:
I embossed the blue tag with a Cuttlebug Embossing Folder. I trimmed the little white strip with the scallop blade on my Fiskars trimmer. I think the Congrats stamp is Inkadinkado.
The tan card is a 2x3 gift card. I used a white-core textured paper (CTMH) and embossed it, then sanded the color off. I used my SU punches to make the greeting stack, and I embossed those too. The stamp is CTMH.
The green and red card is 3x3. I had a stack of white paper strips left over from a card class I taught last spring. The strips were all 3x11, so they are easy to use to make 3x3 cards! I rounded all the edges with a corner rounder. The green paper is K&Company and the red is Basic Grey. I made the flower by attaching a piece of red mulberry paper to some red cardstock, embossing the paper, then cutting out a flower with a Sizzix die. I embellished the flower with a Dew Drop. The greeting is a SU stamp.
The last card is also about 3x3. I used a scrap of green cardstock for the front, which I embossed. Love those Cuttlebug folders! I used SU tag punches for the tag. The greeting as a SU stamp that is supposed to go with one for SU's speciality punches. I don't have that particular punch, but the stamp fit well on the tag punch! I also added a scrap of ribbon. (I keep a bag of ribbon scraps too!)
I hope you are inspired to make some cards from your scrap stash! Make sure you post a link to the 365 Cards blog for a chance to win the Card of the Week prize! Remember, the DT votes on their favorites, so if you want my vote, a little bribery never hurt. (Just chocolate kidding, I'd never chocolate cheat....honest....I love chocolate...I am a very honest chocolate person!)
These are all fantastic, Gloria!! I'm right there with you on the chocolate :).
