365 Cards - Keep it to Yourself

The challenge for today at 365 Cards is to make a wedding card that has no sentiment, or has the sentiment inside, but when you look at the card you should know immediately what it's for. Let me just say that I'm glad today is not my DT day because I do not care for my card at all. Normally I fuss with my cards until I do like them, or I recycle them and start over. I'm such a perfectionist that "bad" cards don't normally see the light of day! However...I did not have time to keep fussing with this one, and honestly, don't even know what it is that I don't like! So...here it is.

I think I don't care for the long style, but to pull off the printed paper would have wrecked everything, so, I just went with it. The paper is Stampin' Up and the cardstock Bazzill.

I did put a sentiment on the inside. Something I almost never do.

I used the dress stamp form CTMH. I added pearls to it again. I'm sorry about the poor quality of the photos. It's a very dreary morning here. The marine layer will lift this afternoon, but I wanted to post this now, so the photos are not the best.

Here is a shot of the flowers. I love the crochet flower (from a CropStop swap - thanks Jingles!). I put a Kaiser Kraft pearl in the center. The mulberry roses are from CropStop too. The big flower is Heidi Swapp and has glitter on the edges of the petals.

So here is the card for today. Not my favorite, but a card finished is a card finished!

I really love the crochet flower and the colour combo, and there is NO whining in card making, isn't that what you told me :)
