I used the Cuttlebug floral screen embossing folder for my background. This is a folder I don't care for all that much, but I do think it looks nice here. And textured cardstock just looks fab embossed! The flower stamp is Stampin' Up and the greeting is Melissa Frances.
I used Stampin' Up Lavender Lace ink. The printed paper is a scrap of Chatterbox. It was the only company with soft purples in my stash! The little button brad is something I found at Oriental Trading Company a while back. I love finding cool stuff to buy in bulk...for cheap! And OTC is pretty cheap. Iris are one of my favorite flowers. My mother used to grow them when I was a girl. I love how tall and delicate they are. This stamp is of a set of 4 tall flowers. They make great bookmarks too! (Geez, I sound like an ad for SU don't I?! These companies owe me kickbacks for all the free advertising I do! LOL)
I am not sure I'll get a chance to play along at 365 Cards every day again this week. I'll sure try! It's been fun the past few weeks making a card for every day. I do have some cards for tomorrow, so come back and visit. And I'll have some AMAZING blog candy going up this week! I know you won't want to miss that!
That was so unfair!
