I made this tall card, which fits into a standard-size business envelope. This card has lots of layers. (What did you expect?) I was able to use my Spellbinder oval Nesties with some of the paper scraps.
I made use of the Jenni Bowlin Tiny Trim Rub-ons which were included in the kit (the little bird images) to create some faux ribbon. This is another way to use up those thin paper strips that you have in your scrap bin. Simply create faux ribbon by adding some rub-ons, stamping, or stickers to the strips and using them where you would normally use ribbon.
The January kit also included this very cute Jenni Bowlin Mini Circle Book. I used some of the Jenni paper to make this little book to record our monthly date nights. (Well, if we had any I could record them!)
This little album is about 4" in diameter and comes with 8 lined pages. I pulled some of the pages out for use on my cards, but I still have 6 left for my little album.

(Yes, these are FAKE dates, just for the project! I don't "do" opera or hockey!) Here you can see how I used one of the Making Memories Sheer Doodles for the inside cover.
Now, before I leave you, I want to show you my 365 Cards Sketchy Sunday card. We have a sponsor this week: In Style Stamps! Go check them out! The DT was given some really cute digi images to play with. First, here is the sketch that Pam gave us for today:
And here is my card. I used the Lilah image for my card.
She's super cute! I colored her with pencils and mineral spirits. The paper is KI Memories and the sentiment stamp is from Totally Stampilicious. I won a $25 gift certificate from Totally Stampilicious at Our Creative Corner last month, and used it to purchase 2 stamp sets. This one (from the Old Brawd set) says "You're how old?" And on the inside of the card it says, "You can still pass for 29...on the internet!" Since I always say I am 29, I thought it was a hoot!

The hot pink pearls are Recollections. My Michael's store had tons of these, in all colors, for a good price right before Christmas, so I stocked up!
Come back tomorrow for the last day of the ASD reveals and for 365 Cards Day 317. Don't forget, Wednesday I will reveal the next My Lifetime Story Challenge!
I think all of your projects are wonderful. I think I would take the opera over the hockey game for date night!
