Yes, CropStop is doing it again!
In honor of National Scrapbook Day, The CropStop Creative Team is hosting a week long, progressive blog hop! Starting with the CropStop Blog, you will visit each of the Crew Member Blogs (listed below) to grab the items for your creative project. You will have one week to complete your project (page layout, card, altered item, etc.) and link it back to the reply box at the CropStop Blog. Deadline for linking is midnight, Saturday, May 8, 2010, EST. A great prize is being offered by the CropStop store! Look at this goodness! I spy Martha punches and some stamps...and oh my!
Make sure to visit every blog and gather all of the items you will need for your creation! Notice...I am not telling you what they are! You must visit all the Creative Team Blogs! If you get lost, check the CropStop Blog for the DT line-up or use the links below. You will be grabbing your first item at the CropStop Blog, so go there first.
CropStop Crew members may be offering RAKs for stopping by their blog, so be sure to read through the entire post in each blog! Plus, grad this Blog Hop discount code - MAGIC for 10% off your total purchase of $30 or more at the CropStop Store!
You will find your LAST creative element here at my blog, so by the time you get here you should have 9 items! I am #10! A perfect 10! Woohooo!
1. CropStop Blog
2. Jessica
3. Veronica - is on a cruise, so she gives you a FREE ITEM of your CHOICE
4. Elisabeth
5. Anneliese
6. Lisa
7. Stacy
8. Dalis
9. Vicki
10. Gloria - Sketch - you are here!
Here is the sketch I created for you to use:
Here is my project using all 10 items. Can you spot them all?
I used the fabbie new Cosmo Cricket Garden Variety paper and a super cute My Favorite Things image, colored with Copics.
I also used Copics to "colorize" my white roses. Just like Alice! I even used some of my elements on the INSIDE of the card!
I didn't even cheat this time, ladies! I did add some extra items, but no one said I couldn't! {wink} Ok, I did change up the quote to fit my card.
National Scrapbook Day was started in 1994 by the well-known album company Creative Memories, and is celebrated on the first Saturday in May. Since 1994 scrapbookers all over the country and world celebrate their passion for Scrapbooking on this day! There are even online groups petitioning the US Government to make National Scrapbook Day a federal holiday!
If you read this far, I've got news for you! Leave a comment telling me about your NSD fun, and I'll draw for a RAK on May 10th! Have fun on our CropStop Hop! Make sure to link your completed project to the CropStop Blog by the deadline listed above!!
