365 Cards Day 302

Hey hey hey! This is my last 365 Cards post for 2010! For this week the DT got to pick our favorite challenges from 2010! How cool is that?! We don't have a sponsor this week, so we could pretty much have fun with any products we wanted.

For my "flashback" card - I picked Day 18: Plentiful Patterns - Use at least 3 of the following patterns on your card - plaid, paisley, gingham, houndstooth, toile. You know how I love me some patterned paper! I used toile (K&Company), houndstooth and paisley (Graphic45). I also sneaked a bit of text background paper in there...just a small cheat!

I had a sketch in front of me when I was working on this card, but it did not have anything written on it to say who made the sketch, unfortunately. But my finished card ended up looking not so much like the sketch anyway!

I love vintage buttons, and used three small ones for my card. I love the Graphic45 A Proper Gentleman papers! So manly.

I checked my card stash and saw that I need masculine birthday cards and cards for little kids, plus thank you cards...so I suppose that's what you'll be seeing until I get into making Valentine's Day cards.

I'm also entering this card into these challenges:

Simon Says Stamp and Show - show something from yesteryear
Stampin' Sisters in Christ - inchies (my smallest circle is 1" give or take)
