Graphic45 and Glue Arts Blog Swap

I have a second post for you today! I don't really like to post twice in one day, but sometimes the projects just come one on top of the other!

Graphic45 and Glue Arts are teaming up for a blog swap this week - and today was my day to be showcased on the G45 blog. I made several projects with my fabbie Glue Arts goodies! They were very generous to the G45 DT! I got to play with: Glue Glider Pro, Raisen's, U Cut It 3D Adhesive Foam, and Micro Extreme Adhesive Squares! It was fun to try the Glue Glider Pro...I use an ATG and the Glue Glider is like a baby ATG! I really liked the smaller size so much better!

Here are a few of the things I made:

I covered some old books with G45 Christmas Past papers...to use as home decor. I think I covered about 7 or 8 books by the time I was all finished!

I added a bit of trim and a flower...just small bits. The greeting on the one book is actually a very intricate chipboard item! It comes from my G45 Teamie, Jane...who has a whole line of these fancy chipboards! Her company is called Imaginarium Designs!

I created one of my flowers out of some paper scraps. I glued it to a crochet flower that I think came from one of my CropStop pals....Elaine I think.

Here is one way to display your books, should you chose to cover some for yourself!

I placed them on a table...but in the end I put them on the mantle...and have not taken a photo of that yet! I don't like to put things on the end tables because the cat will play with the movable bits!

My other project was making gift tags and ornaments from Maya Road chipboard album pages! I loved this idea so much that I made 13 of them to give to my LSS club girlies. (If you girls are reading...stop now and don't peek!!)

I used G45 Christmas Past papers again. Plus a doily and some flowers and things. I also added another of those cool chipboard words!

I have made so many projects with just one package of those mini pine cones! They were the find of the season! $1.99 at Michael's!

There you have it! Everything was glued, stuck, and attached with Glue Arts products! I want to thank Glue Arts for being so generous to the DT.
