Paper Sundaes Challenge #47

The Paper Sundaes Challenge for today is to GIFT IT. Which means we are to make something to give away! Easy to do this time of year! Our wonderful sponsor this week is Stamp and Create. Lots of yummy stuff for your Christmas stocking there!

I used this super cute Kraftin' Kimmie stamp. This is Drucilla. She's just...naughty! I decided to color her with Copics and then put her on the front of this notepad cover...to create a Naughty or Nice list. Or you can use it as a Christmas "to-do" list. Everyone can always use more notepads around the house!

I covered a standard 5x8 inch notepad with cardstock and paper. Very easy project! I kept this one simple so you could see how to make up a whole batch of them for gifts! I think the papers are Scrapworks (the Naughty strip) and Bella Blvd (the stripes). I embellished with a few pearls. And ta-da!

Just cut your cardstock to about 10 1/5" by 8 1/4" or so. I made a 1/4" wide spine so that the cover would close properly. I also covered the top of the notepad with a strip of paper to hide the ugly binding. Easy peasy.

I stamped the sentiments with Papertrey Ink and Studio G stamps. I also used my yummy lacy circle Nestie. And another of those glitter snowflakes I found at Michael's. I wish I'd purchased a few more packs of those. They are probably sold out by now.

I think I'll give this to one of my scrappy friends. Won't say who...because she reads my blog! Have fun making you gifts or Christmas cards! Thanks for stopping by!

Make sure you visit the Graphic45 Blog tomorrow as we start the Core'dinations/Graphic45 Blog Swap! I made some pretties for you to see!
