CropStop September Sketch

Here is another CropStop sketch for you! I confess that looking at this sketch with fresh eyes...I'm not a fan! But, I drew it, I m making you use it, so I'd better be able to use it as well, right?!

Here is my card. I started with this pretty basket of apples, an image from JustRite. I colored the image with Copics. I love fall and fall colors and images. I wish I could "do fall" all year round! I will whine a lot in the fall because we don't get a traditional autumn here. In fact fall is our hottest time of the year and it's not very pretty here then, either!

Copics I used: R24, R29, R59, G28, G99, YG91, YG95, E25, E29, E31, E33, E35, E44, BV0000, T0. I use the BV and T colors for shadows and shading.

I used the Inkssentials opaque white pen to add some highlights to the apples. My goal was to see if I could make the apples appear round. How did I do?

The paper I used is Basic Grey Oxford. Very yummy fall colors! Enjoy the sketch!
