Published, Baby!

I've been working the past 6 months or so on getting published in print magazines. I had cards in the Hampton Art Stamps Summer Supplement Catalog, but have not been accepted by a print magazine in a long time. Well...ta da!

I have four cards in this issue of Just Cards! This is Volume 23, Fall 2011. It's a start! I hope you check it out. My cards are on pages 29, 32, 51, 60. I really hope to make the cover one day!

On a side note, I was so discouraged back in 2007-2008 at my lack of success at getting published in print magazines, that I stopped trying until April 2011. As part of my design team contracts I am asked to submit for publication each month. Since magainzes work 3-6 months out, items I submitted back in April are now ready for publication. I hope to see more of my work in the next few months!
