New Year's Banner a la Spellbinders

I thought maybe some of you would be needing a decorating idea for New Year's Eve...so how about this project?

I  created this ensemble for Spellbinders™ for use in THIS VIDEO. I love the black and cream papers and the amazing Spellbinders™ Shapeabilities® pennants.

I used both the Nested Pennants and the Nested Lacey Pennants.

If you use the Spellbinders™ Grand Calibur™ Die Cutting Machine you can cut all the pieces for each banner pennant in one go! To emboss, just run the plates through one more time! So much easier than having to cut each piece individually. I love the large platform on the Grand Calibur!

To match my banner, I also made a few table decorations.

I used a little plastic cup with a lid to hold strips of paper for writing resolutions! (You can find these at most party supply stores).

I used the Square Bracket Edge Box to hold party favors (candy, mints, nuts).

And last, I cut one more pennant to use as a place card.

You can see this project at the Spellbinders Idea Gallery, as well as some other fantastic projects!
