Welcome to the March Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog Hop!
You should be coming to me from Dawn's Blog. If not, go back to the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog and start the hop! You don't want to miss any of the stops!
I used the March Ribbon Club Assortment for my project. This assortment is filled with aqua and peach ribbons! And one yellow and orange striped dude who sneaked in there! {grin}
I had such fun matching my Copic Markers to this ribbon! Unfortunately for you, dear readers, I was on a retreat and forgot to write down which markers I used! Half the fun of coloring is playing with color combinations, right?!
I was trying out some shading techniques, and also working with the hair. I think this turned out great. It was my favorite coloring project of the weekend! I also am back to my old tricks of using several paper companies on one project. {giggle}
From the March Ribbon Club Assortment, I used the peach checkerboard satin ribbon and the teal printed satin ribbon on my card. I also used a bit of twine to tie on the button.
The printed ribbon is so pretty! This close-up makes it look like the ribbon is grosgrain, but the ribbons are all satin.
And, the inside of the card. I hope you enjoyed your visit! The prize for the Hop this month is AMAZING! So make sure you follow along and enter to win!!!
Now, keep on hopping! Go to Jan's Blog next!
