Steampunk, Oh My! - Graphic 45

It is day 3 of Graphic 45 Cards Week! I went a bit steampunk with these cards! I love clocks and gears. I have such a passion for them! I also like to combine gears with flowers and butterflies. Something about putting those masculine and feminine elements together makes me happy.

Graphic 45 has several collections that fit the steampunk mold. I used two of them here: Steampunk Debutante and Olde Curiosity Shoppe. I know this style is not for everyone. I am a fan of some types of sci fi and other crazy things, and I love the Victorian and Regency era...think Around the World in 80 Days.

When I found out that you can emboss the Graphic 45 Kraft Envelope Album pages...I was giddy! The possibilities are endless! Once you emboss your pattern, rub some ink over the raised impression! ooohhh ahhhh!

I used Spellbinders die templates to create my flowers, and for the cardstock gears. The paper flowers and the real metal gears, love!

This next card was shown on my blog in February. Read all the details HERE. (Sometimes I do "repeats"! This one is worth another look, right?!)

I love the Imaginarium Designs chipboard shapes! So elegant!

I hope you are having fun during Graphic 45 Cards Week!
