I am very happy to share the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Release Day Blog Hop with you! Since I am the October Guest DT Member, I also get to play along in the Release Hop!

The SNSS DT has been busy preparing for today's fabulous blog hop and virtual stamp day and we hope you will join us in celebrating our newest stamp sets--this month we are focusing on Christmas!

The blog hop starts at the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Blog. We've got lots of eye candy to share that will certainly put you in the holiday mood. Be sure not to miss a single stop along the way because we'll be drawing one lucky commenter from a random DT blog to win a $25 credit to the store!!

Here is the list of stops along the hop today:

Kim Schofield

After you're finished hopping we invite you to join us for a fun day of challenges during our Virtual Stamp Day in our Splitcoaststampers Member Company Forum. We're giving away more fun prizes so you won't want to miss it!

Enjoy the hop and happy stamping!!

Here is the card I made using the NEW Old-Fashioned Christmas stamp set.

I stamped the image in black dye ink, then I sponged with ice blue chalk ink. Since I love the combination of pale blue and red together, I used some paper with a red stripe and a few red bows. The pale blue makes the red pop right off the page.

I tied some bows in blue, white and red. I think adding the snowflake button and the mini bells screams White Christmas!

I grew up in the country, so a "country Christmas" still speaks to my heart. I always feel a bit sad that my kids have only ever known "suburban Christmas" in their lives. And much of their lives have been spent in the "sun belt" without snow and all the festivities that I remember growing up on a Pennsylvania Dutch community. Therefore, I wish EVERYONE and old fashioned Christmas this year!

Have fun looking at all the new release stamps! I hope you enjoy the hop. Now, zip on over to Kim Schofield's blog for more inspiration!
