First up - cards. I make more cards than anything else. It was HARD to pick my favorites! I narrowed it down to these 9.
This one I love for the paper piecing, the coloring, and the pretty pastel papers.
I love this one for the papers and the fact that the tag is also a bookmark. I love the fussy cut lady and all the layers.
I had to include this Christmas card. I love the colors, the wine velvet, the deer covered with stamped paper, the floral items. All of it.
I love the chipboard shapes in this one. I had fun with the techniques used and I am so drawn to the diamond print paper.
This is probably my second favorite card of the whole year. I love the colors, the ribbons, the image. Everything!
I love the pink. And I am not much of a pink girl. But this Copic coloring job is just perfect. I used this same image a few times because I just love how she looks all colored!
I love this one for the flowers. That's all there is to say!
I don't make shaped cards....well, I made this one. And I love how it turned out. I love the flowers made from printed paper and adore the pink velvet ribbon.
And last....my favorite card of 2012. I love the dark blue and that image! Totally my fav of the year!
Now, on to mini albums and altered items. This was hard also. But, here are my favorites.
This is a mini album and altered box. I love how it turned out and so far have not gifted it to anyone. I love looking at it, so it sits on a shelf in my scrap area!
This is a mini. Again, I love it to pieces and it sits on my desk! Cannot part with it.
This altered dresser is probably one of the coolest projects I have made all year. It was a lot of work, but it turned out so pretty!
My favorite mini of the year! Another project that had been waiting in the wings for me to get around to making! It was worth the wait and I will have a hard time parting with this one!
This project was my first foray into making a chipboard item from scratch. Well, almost scratch! It turned out so cute and I love the Copic work I did on this one. Totally a super cutie pie project!
This mini was a long time coming, but it turned out FANTASTIC. Love all the Halloween papers I pulled together in one album!
Last, my favorite page layouts. I don't scrap very many layouts any more, so I did not have too many to choose from. Here are my top picks.
I love the colors I used in this one. And the flowers! Not to mention the photo of my fabulous friend Beverly and me!
This one is my #1 fav of the year! I used a lot of small, unexpected items on this one. So much detail and such great colors. It hangs in my craft space!! Plus, that is me with my husband...who is mostly adorable.
This one has all of my favorite colors! And uses some great techniques.
This is as clean and simple as I get when scrapbooking. I love this layout and the story behind it.
How can you NOT love those rosettes?! And the antiques in the photos. Plus this is my "happy place" where I go on retreat with my crafty friends!
That's it. A year in review. I am sure you cannot wait to see what sort of "junk" I create in 2013! Thanks for reading and extra thanks for commenting! Happy New Year hugs to one and all.
