Inkspirational Sketch Challenge #13

Good morning,  Blogger peeps! I am playing in a challenge today! As part of my DT duties for Inspired by Stamping I am required to play in two challenges per month! This is a "new to me" challenge called Inkspirational Challenges

Today's challenge is a sketch, and y'all know I love me a sketch!

I created a masculine birthday card using Paris, Mason Jars Add On III, and the Fancy Label Dies 1, all from IBS. I tried to stick to the sketch, but the card "needed" something, so I added the clock image to balance it.

To create the sentiment, I stamped "Birthday" from the Paris set. Then I masked the "Happy Spring" sentiment from the Mason Jars Add On III set to cover up "Spring" and just stamped the "Happy." See how that works?! To mask stamps, I cover the unwanted part with masking tape, ink the stamp, then remove the masking tape. Only the wanted part will be inked!

I decorated the inside a bit as well.

Stamps: Inspired by Stamping Paris, Mason Jars Add On III
Die cuts: Inspired by Stamping Fancy Label 1; Spellbinders Standard Circles Small and Large

Designer paper: Graphic 45 A Proper Gentleman
Twine: unknown
Buttons: Buttons Galore and MoreInk: Clearsnap Colorbox Fluid Chalk Creamy Brown; Tsukineko Memento Tuxedo Black, Toffee Crunch
Adhesive: Scotch 3M tape runner; Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L foam squares
