Inspired by Stamping May Release - Day 3

It is time for the Inspired by Stamping May Release! Every 1st-5th of the month IBS shares "teasers" of the new release. Then, the 6th-9th of each month the design team will share project "peeks" of the release. The FULL release is shared on the 10th!

I get to share my project using the Background Basics III, set of 3 stamps and the Big Notes in French set of 3.

I combined the new release sets with the Paris set to create my card.

I stamped the French word "Magnifique!" from the Big Notes in French set onto printed paper with black ink and cut it out with a banner die template. You can see that the stamps make crisp and beautiful images! To create the blue script background, I stamped the script image from the Background Basics III set onto blue paper with black ink.

To create my focal image, I first stamped the Eiffel Tower image from the Paris set onto white cardstock with dark gray ink. I over-stamped it with twinkle watermark ink. The camera did not pick up the shimmer, unfortunately. Once the ink was dry, I stamped the text image again with pale gray ink over the top of the tower image.

I hope you enjoyed peeking at the new Background Basics III and Big Notes in French sets. Make sure to check the other Big Notes, Big Wishes, and Background sets! Visit the IBS Store to see them all.
