The Rubber Cafe Guest DT - Let's Hear it for the Boys!

Good morning! I am so happy to be the June Guest Designer for The Rubber Cafe! I love the NEW June Creative Cafe Kit, Let's Hear it for the Boys! For this project I used the truck from the Just Men stamp set (see below).

To create this card, make a 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 inch, top fold card from red cardstock. Trim the Echo Part Getaway designer paper to 5 3/8 x 4 1/8 inches and attach it to the card front.

Use a banner die cut template (or trace a paper template) to cut three banner shapes (the largest banner is approximately  4 x 3 1/8 inches). Cut one banner each from red, white, and kraft cardstock. (Note: the kraft cardstock is not included in the kit.) Stamp the truck image onto the kraft cardstock and color as desired. Stamp the sentiment onto the top of the craft banner with black dye ink.

Stack the banners on top of each other as shown. Wrap white seam binding around the bottom edge of the banners and secure at the back with tape. Place an Echo Park Getaway decorative brad through the seam binding and the cardstock on the lower right edge of the banner stack.

Using foam tape, attach the banner stack to the front of the card, approximately 5/8 inches from the top.

Line the inside of the card with either white or kraft cardstock. And you are finished!
