Gracie is running a promo in the shop starting today! Purchase any 3 stamp sets for $8.50! The promo will run until May 31st.
I had a chance to play with the Elegant Greetings set again, which contains one image and six sentiments.
Since I used the image of the beautiful flower for my first card this month, I decided to use the elegant sentiments this time!
I love sentiments! I am always looking for new ones (or creating my own). The sentiments from this stamp set are just beautiful and so elegant! I created a wedding card using one of the sentiments from the set, sized to roughly 2 1/2" wide.
I printed the sentiment onto white cardstock with black ink and cut it out with a stitched rectangle die. I used dark gray cardstock to accent the sentiment and the papers. I wanted to use some shades of purple for the flowers for an extra punch of color.
The ribbon is sparkly, which matches nicely with the metallic berries and the sequins. There is lots of room inside the card for a gift card holder or to write a message to the bride and groom.
The Graciellie Designs digital stamp sets can be found HERE for instant download! These digital stamps are ready to print and are perfect for so many kinds of papercrafting projects.

ReplyDeleteI like the classiness of this. Sometimes so refreshing to NOT have too much to look at--just able to focus on the sentiment. No matter what you choose to do on a card I am impressed with your sense of balance. Beautiful :)

Lovely! I adore that you used COLOR in the card! Wedding cards are typically so muted, and this is so fun, while still being beautiful. Thanks for dropping this by 613 Avenue Create this week. We hope to see you again soon!
