Welcome to the September Heartfelt Creations Alumni Blog Hop! Each month, on the last Friday of the month, the Heartfelt Creations Alumni Team participates in a Blog Hop! The September Hop starts 8am EST on Friday, September 29th and closes Monday, October 2nd at midnight.
Be sure to visit each blog on the hop, and leave a comment, because one fortunate Blogger will be chosen to receive a $25 gift card to Heartfelt Creations! The winner will be announced on the Heartfelt Creations Blog and Facebook Page on Wednesday, October 6th. The winner should contact Heartfelt Creations at socialmedia@heartfeltcreations.us with "Winner of the September Alumni Hop" in the subject line.
This hop is now closed. The winner from the September hop is Joy McCoy from Vicki's blog!
You should be coming to my blog from Martine Smith's Blog. After visiting me, head on over to Alissa Wells' Blog. For a list of the Alumni Blogs, see the end of the post.
I created a Christmas card using the Festive Holly Paper Collection. This is one of the new 2017 Christmas collections that was released in the summer. It is BEAUTIFUL. I love the traditional colors and the stunning images of birds and snowy days! The card is 5" x 7" and has a pocket on the front to hold two tags. You could also put gift cards or a photo into the pocket and use the matching tags for gift tags.
That lacy circle die that you see is called Eyelet Circle and Basics Small. I just got my hands on it! So pretty!
The tags are ATC sized tags from Graphic 45. I covered both sides of the tags with paper and then tied some stitched burlap ribbon to the top of each tag.
To decorate the edge of the pocket, I used one of the dies from Border Essentials. The one I used sort of looks like a wrought iron fence.
I cut some of the stunning paper to decorate the inside of the card as well. I really wish I had purchased TWO pads of this paper! I love it so much that I know I am going to blow through it FAST! I already have next month's project started using this same paper! {wink}
Thanks for hopping by! Hop on over to Alissa Wells' Blog next. DON'T FORGET...POST A COMMENT FOR YOUR CHANCE TO WIN A $25 GIFT CARD TO HEARTFELT CREATIONS!
