Really Reasonable Ribbon November Blog Hop

Welcome to the Really Reasonable Ribbon November Blog HopYou should be coming to my blog from the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog. (For the complete blog list, scroll to the bottom of the post.) After visiting me, hop over to the spectacular Ginny's Blog next!

At the end of the hop, comment on the RRR Blog post, answering the question listed, for a chance to win the November Ribbon Club Assortment shown below. (The Design Team appreciates your comments, too!)
This month the collection is called Country Holiday Assortment, and is packed with soft colors of cream, pink, green, and blue.

The team from Really Reasonable Ribbon has paired up with Graciellie Design for the month of November. We had an opportunity to play with their wonderful digital stamps and digital papers.

For my Hop project, I used used the digital image and a sentiment stamp from the Christmas Poinsettias Set from Graciellie Design and ribbons from the RRR November Ribbon Club Assortment.
I have a "thing" for pink poinsettias, so that is the color scheme I used, rather than traditional colors.
I printed the image onto white cardstock and colored it with Copic markers. I fussy cut the bottom of the image to make stand out a bit from the white background. I also cut one of the flower petals out and reattached it with foam tape to add dimension, which does not really show in the photo very well.
I used a few rectangle die cuts to trim out the image and the background paper, to give the paper a stitched look, which matches the country holiday theme of the ribbon assortment.
I wrapped the left edge of the card with both the Tulip Taffeta Ribbon and Plaid Raspberry Swirl Ribbon. I then tied a big bow with the Tulip Taffeta and glued it to the card. I made a smaller "droopy" bow with the Raspberry Swirl and added it to the card. I found some white and sliver "berries" in my hoard, and added those, as well as a silver snowflake charm and a tiny silver bell.
I printed the sentiment with black ink and cut it out with a die cut template. I added the sentiment to the inside of the card.
I placed a few enamel dots onto the card, to cover up a bit of the negative space at the upper right corner.
Now, hop over to Ginny's Blog to see what she has for you!
