Really Reasonable Ribbon August Blog Hop

Welcome to the Really Reasonable Ribbon August Blog HopYou should be coming to my blog from Bonnie's Blog. (For the complete blog list, scroll to the bottom of the post.) After visiting me, hop over to the spectacular Ginny's Blog next!

At the end of the hop, comment on the RRR Blog post, answering the question listed, for a chance to win the August Ribbon Club Assortment shown below. (The Design Team appreciates your comments, too!)

The August Ribbon Club Assortment is a beautiful autumn mix of orange, brown, and green! This collection makes me long for crisp fall days...which won't come to southern California until sometime in December!
I love fall colors and patterns! Fall is my favorite season and Thanksgiving is my second favorite holiday (after Christmas)! When the August Ribbon Club landed on my desk, along with the NEW Authentique Gracious Collection, I knew what to make! My card came together in a flash...of fall color and print!
I wanted to use every ribbon in the club, but I made myself stop at four (plus a bit from last year's collection!) I made loopy bows from the Brown and Cream Plaid, the Kiwi Delicate Stitched Satin, and the Turftan Brown Delicate Stitched Satin ribbons. I also made a small loopy bow from a scrap of Moss and Cream Plaid ribbon, which I think is left over from last year's fall collection. Once I had all my loopy bows glued in place, I topped them with a bow made from the Tangerine Taffeta ribbon
I tied a bit of the Brown and Cream Plaid ribbon to a large wooden button, and then glued the button to the top of all the bows. I tucked some crystal leaves under the top edge of the ribbons. What a pretty fall ribbon bouquet!
Thanks for joining me today! Now, hop over to Ginny's Blog to see what she has for you!

Here is the RRR Blog Hop Order in case you get lost!
