I have some very sad news for you this month. I am going to be taking an extended break from the Really Reasonable Ribbon Team. This has been a very hard decision for me, but it is the best one for me at this time. I have been with Bonnie and RRR off and on since 2009! That is a long relationship in this business! I hope things work out for me to come back at some future point, because...well, I love ribbon!
I have one, last cheerful card for you to look at today! Tulips are one of my favorite flowers, and I colored these beauties to match the peach ribbons!
The March Ribbon Club Assortment is called Garden Delights Assortment so of course I had to color some flowers! Look at all those lovely colors!
I created a 6" x 6" card from brown cardstock, then I used the Graphic 45 Portrait of a Lady collection papers for my background. The soft peach and tan worked so well with my image and the ribbon.

I wrapped the Light Coral Diamond Satin Ribbon  around the card panel, then topped it with the Petal Peach Quatrefoil Satin Ribbon. I tied a bow with each of the ribbons and attached them to the center. This ribbon assortment has a lot of colors, so you can make a big stack of spring-themed cards!
The image is a digital download from Power Poppy called Tulips in Hobnail Pitcher. I colored the image with Copic markers. I rarely pick such a pastel color scheme, but I have been trying to experiment with pale colors, and this is one of the results!

I used these colors:

Peach flowers: YR02, E95, E93, R30, E000
Pink flowers: R22, R21, R32, R20, R11, R0000
Leaves: G28, YG25, G24, G20
Pitcher: E55, E51, E21, E50, E000
I love how the deep green pops the whole picture! And aren't those shimmery ribbons gorgeous?!

I edged the white panel with Old Paper Distress Ink to give it a more vintage feel. Then I added some enamel dots for a bit more sparkle.
Thanks for stopping by! Now, hop over to Ginny's Blog to see what she has for you!

Thanks for always being faithful to visit me during the monthly hop. I hope you will continue to visit the other team members. And please come back to see what is happening with me during the spring and summer!
