Check out the RRR December Ribbon Club. I love these "retro" colors.
My quest to make some Christmas cards prior to December 25 is not going very well. I find I have too much going on to sit down and make any! I am thankful that I can make a few for Design Team work. At least some people will get a card this year! Here is one more to add to the pile!
I picked through all of my Christmas paper pads to find some pinks and blues to match the ribbon. Reason #7982 why it is good to HOARD product! That amazing, vintage image I used is from Oxford Impressions. This is a company I just found and they have AMAZING vintage images. I ended up with three new sets of stamps. Happy day!
Even more amazing is this yummy bow! I used three ribbons from the December Club: tulip Swiss dots grosgrain, mineral ice diamond satin, and Anastasia white crochet lace. I clipped the back off a glitter snowflake button and added that to the top of the bow.
I jazzed up the inside of the card a bit with more ribbon and some punched snowflakes. And the lovely Graphic 45 stamp. Not loving the snowflakes, but I glued them down and cannot remove them without having to re-do the whole inside. Not happening!
Hop over to Cherry's Blog next!
Also, my very dear friend Jacquie is the RRR Guest Designer this month! Please make sure you stop by her blog! I met Jacquie about 5-6 years ago at our local scrapbook store and we instantly became friends. She is very creative and innovative. And funny as all get out!
Here is the RRR Blog Hop Order in case you get lost!
